'Bespoke' means all our frames are beautifully customised, entirely unique and made-to-order to preserve and enhance your artwork or memorabilia for years to come. By collaborating with you — the client — at every stage, we ensure the very best size and style of frame at an acceptable cost. STEP 1
CONSULTATION
We are happy to answer simple queries via email or phone, but because we offer a completely bespoke service the best way to get an accurate quote and to see what is possible is to book a consultation with us at our studio. We have a wide range of frame mouldings, mount boards and other samples for you to look at. We will discuss your budget, goals, and vision around supporting, enhancing and protecting your artwork and guide you through various mounting, glazing and hanging solutions while you are here. Going forward, we will set up an agenda to work collaboratively with you to develop your desired design. Once you’ve chosen your frame and we’ve measured up, we will provide you with an estimate.
STEP 2
HANDCRAFTED FRAMING
Our framing service is personable, efficient and prides itself on excellence. Your frame will be handmade at our studio in Riex, Switzerland. It will be precision cut and joined with skilled artisanship using methods appropriate to the frame profile and selected materials, such as specialist joinery, pinning, gluing, and underpinning. With loving care at every stage, we will ensure a blemish-free, flawless finish. We will employ conservation methods and top-quality archival materials to ensure the long-term preservation of your artwork. We also offer completely bespoke mounting and glazing solutions, which are applied with a light touch without damage to artwork and faultlessly fitted. Your framed artwork will be an absolute joy to look at, with the final product being cleaned before it is delivered to you.
STEP 3
COMPLETION & DISPATCH
Our frames are all finished with the highest quality hanging fixtures as standard. We can advise you on any additional considerations when it comes to hanging your artwork. We offer other design services which include assistance with the organisation, framing or hanging of a collection of framed pieces should you so require. We can also assist with the organisation of transport and international shipping.

Hayden-Wilson Framing recognises our customers' environmental impact concerns. We only use mouldings and paper products that are sourced from sustainable forests managed to meet the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations. Our offcuts of wood and paper are carefully recycled. We are also happy to accept our customers' old frames that they would like to have recycled.
